Exchange Policy (Strictly No Refunds)
Salamah Nightwear: 14-Day Exchange Guarantee
Please Note: We do not offer refunds on any purchase. We offer exchanges only.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need a different size or style, we are happy to facilitate an exchange, provided the item meets all our policy requirements.


1. Exchange Window
We offer an exchange for eligible items within 14 days of the original purchase or delivery date.


2. Exchange Eligibility Requirements
For an item to be eligible for exchange, the following strict conditions must be met:
Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.
Tags/Labels: All original tags and labels must be intact and attached to the garment.
Packaging: If the item was packaged in a box, the box must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
Value: The customer is responsible for fulfilling the entire amount of the item being exchanged (i.e., if the new item is more expensive, the customer pays the difference).


3. Non-Exchangeable/Non-Refundable Items (Final Sale)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories and items are considered Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances:
Undergarments: Panties and Shapers.
Promotional Items: All items purchased at a discount, on sale, or during a promotional period.


4. Exchange Process and Shipping
Initiation: Contact our Customer Care team at salamahnightwear@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at 0329-2253094 with your Order Number and the details of the item and the desired exchange item.
Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for covering the one-side transfer cost (shipping cost) for sending the original item back to Salamah Nightwear in Karachi.
Dispatch: Once the original item is received and inspected (and approved), we will dispatch the replacement item.
